About Well-Being Coaching

When you are feeling stressed, out of sorts or facing a difficult time in your life or at work, your health can suffer.  Well-Being Coaching or sometimes known as wellness coaching is about building individual strengths through using eclectic techniques and strategies for both business and individual clients. This process empowers the person to unlock  their potential to maximise their own performance in every aspect of their life.

Well-Being Coaching also tackles many issues including stress management, loss of confidence, low self-esteem, lack of focus or direction.  Strategies and techniques are used to achieve goals and to give educated choices to improve health and the quality of life. This can boost productivity at work, reduce absenteeism and allows staff to accept responsibility for their own health.  Health coaching improves confidence and motivation to empower clients to take control of their own lives.

About Conflict Mediation

Conflict Mediation is an entirely impartial process that uncovers the underlining causes between persons involved. The role is to discover each parties interest and what they have in common, and then to act as a facilitator to help persons see the reality to agree to resolve their issues. Conflict Mediation can occur within the work place, relationships or even in the public arena.
